1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Threee mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Threee is a habit tracking application designed to help users track and build daily habits. The App allows you to:

  • Track up to 3 daily habits for free
  • Upgrade to Pro to track up to 10 habits
  • View your progress with weekly calendars and activity graphs
  • Customize the app with various color themes

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the App for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

4. Paid Subscriptions

Threee Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription:

  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App, to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or other means. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
